Dr. Melanie Hsu, PhD, is the Clinical Director with expertise in working with children and families, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. She earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology and completed her postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente’s Autism Spectrum Disorder Center. Dr. Hsu also serves as the clinical lead for several autism research studies at Kaiser Permanente. Fluent in Mandarin, she is passionate about supporting families through diagnosis and intervention.

Dr. Cassandra Sanchez, PsyD, is a bilingual, bicultural Licensed Psychologist specializing in therapeutic assessments for children and their families. With expertise in early childhood mental health and developmental disabilities, Dr. Sanchez uses a trauma-informed, culturally humble approach to help families understand their child’s unique strengths and challenges. She is highly trained in autism and developmental assessments and has experience in various therapeutic modalities including DIR/Floortime, CPP, PCIT, and TF-CBT. Dr. Sanchez completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and is passionate about using technology to expand mental health resources for underserved communities.
